Q.  Do I need to purchase software to use your services?
A.  No! You to not need to purchase any software. You will need to have high speed internet access. A user license is required to access our network. The first user license is free, additional user licenses are $179.95 per user 1x Fee.

Q.  How does my office provide you with the information you need to do our billing?
A.  There are a few different ways you can provide us with the information needed; US Mail, FedEx, Fax or Email.

Q.  Where do payments go?
A.  All payments go directly to your office.

Q.  Am I required to sign a contract stating I have to use your services
A.  No. We are so confident that you will be happy with our services. We make sure that you are not under any
obligation to us.

Q.  Does your service include follow-up on claims?
A.  Yes, we do all the follow-up with patients as well as the insurance carriers.
